The shape and decorative design of the paper stack

A well-designed and decorated paper display stand can create aesthetic appeal, enhance brand image, and boost sales.

Generally, regardless of the stand's shape, it's essential to ensure that customers can access the product from three or four directions simultaneously.

1. Common stand shapes include the following five types:

① Flat Stand: The paper display stand is presented to customers in a flat, two-dimensional manner, allowing them to clearly understand the theme of the promotion.

② Stepped Stand: The paper display stand visually attracts customers with a progressive, layered effect.

③ Cylindrical Stand: The paper display stand uses a spiral shape to provide customers with an extended visual experience.

④ Multi-Point Stand: The paper display stand is arranged in several relatively open areas within the store, creating a strong promotional atmosphere and constantly reminding customers that the store is running a promotion.

⑤ Three-dimensional Display Stands: Paper display stands provide customers with a 360-degree visual experience, showcasing the merchandise from every angle and stimulating their purchasing desires.

2. A display stand consists of a base and a top shelf:

Most stores use wooden crates or standard display cabinets for the base, or stacked boxes. If using a base, it's best to surround it with KT boards displaying promotional information.

If using merchandise as a base, the base merchandise should correspond to the merchandise displayed on the top shelf. When stacking boxes, they must be upright and the height should not exceed 1.4 meters, arranged according to the principle of lighter items on top and heavier items on the bottom.

When attaching wrapping film or promotional posters to the base material, ensure the entire base material is covered, without any gaps, and that it is applied evenly and smoothly.

Never use sealing tape around the display stand, as this will make it look cheap. The top shelf is used to hang special offer posters or promotional signs, as well as promotional decorations.

If the promotional gifts are attractive and pose no safety hazard, they can be hung. Promotional decorations must be eye-catching, clearly defined, and convey their meaning directly; the colors should be vibrant and visually impactful, contributing to the promotional atmosphere. KT boards should be hung at the top (to expand the visual impact and highlight the display) or promotional samples should be positioned in the center of the display, with the bottom edge approximately 2 meters off the ground to avoid head bumps.

If the area around the display is spacious, floor stickers can be used along the lower edge to increase visual impact. Additionally, for display locations that are less prominent, floor stickers with promotional information can be placed starting from the supermarket entrance.
